Does sustainable investing work for pension funds?

That sustainability is high on the agenda of pension funds may not come as a surprise, but how sustainability can be promoted through sustainable investments is a question that cannot be easily answered. Pension funds have an important task of providing beneficiaries with a solid pension once they retire. Oversimplifying sustainable investing, and overpromising its ability to generate high returns and positive impact, can jeopardize this task.
